Many years ago this roastery was established and since then exists for one reason and one reason only - to make sure that coffee drinkers are delighted; through access and exposure to an ever increasing variety of well roasted specialty coffees, hence Sibon’s motto, 'variety delights'.

That said, we do enjoy those that grind their own coffee from beans, as that's the best way to extract the most flavour, but do provide ground coffee for ease of use too.
