Espetada SA Export established itself in the restaurant market when we saw the need for a high quality stainless steel Espetada stand. Restaurants were serving Espetada on mild steel products. The stands were prone to rust, dysfunctional and - perched on the table like a crane - restricted intimate conversation. Our latest model, the Doreen MKVII - AT4L, is the result of 9 years intensive research and design in conjunction with advice from leading restauranteurs. Espetada is essentially a Portuguese dish, but has gained such immense popularity world wide that it now graces menus of leading restaurants throughout the globe. Our stands are designed to last. They are aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. An added feature is the 6cm butter dripper on the top of the 6mm round skewer that allows meat, fish and chicken to be basted while serving.
